CINDERELLA CRISPS 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 slices bread, trimmed and cut into 4 strips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 2 2/3 cups coconut
Directions
Using forks, roll bread strips in milk coating well. Then roll in coconut and place on well greased baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375°F. Remove at once. Makes 2 dozen. Great use for stale bread.
