CHILI Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 onion (large)
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch sugar
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ounce can)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounce can)
  • 1 can red kidney beans drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 can chili beans drained (16 ounce can)
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet; brown garlic, onion and turkey; add green pepper; add chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt and sugar. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and beans (drained). Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Enjoy! Please serve with sour cream, cheese and cilantro or non-dairy substitutes.
