Creamy Potato Soup 13 Recipe

  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 ounces pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 slices bacon, fried
Cook peeled and sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced celery and chopped onion until tender. Then add softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup melted butter, one can cream of chicken soup, 2 cups milk and fried and crumbled bacon. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together well and heat. Do not boil. Serves 10 to 12.
