Ingredients
2 ounces sliced almonds
1 package Coleslaw Mix (16 ounce pkg)
1/2 cup chopped onion (less)
1/2 cup chopped red pepper (less)
5 green onions, chopped
1 can water chestnuts (8 ounce can)
2 cups chow mein noodles
Dressing
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Scatter almonds on baking sheet, toast 5-6 minutes. Combine all ingredients but noodles. Chill. Right before serving, add noodles.
