Mix raspberry JELL-O with 2 C. boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until set.
Dissolve 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin in 1/2 C. cold water. Mix together with 1 C. milk, 1 C. sugar, cream cheese and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over first layer and refrigerate until set
Mix blueberry JELL-O with 1 C. boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add blueberries. Pour over second layer and chill for 4 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
