LAKE GENEVA SALAD Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package small curd cottage cheese (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package Raspberry Jello (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained (16 ounce can)
  • 1 container frozen Whipped Topping (8 ounce container)
Directions
Fold the package of jello into the cottage cheese. Add the fruit cocktail and whipped cream. Chill for at least an hour. Makes 8 - 10 servings

Variation: Can be made with orange jello and a small can of drained mandarin oranges and small can of drained crushed pineapple instead of the raspberry jello and fruit cocktail.
