SPINACH SALAD 93 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Currant Jelly
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 package baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine the currant jelly and red wine vinegar. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool. Meanwhile, combine in a large salad bowl, the spinach, craisins, sliced strawberries, and sliced almonds. Top with cool dressing and serve immediately.
