Slow Cooker Tomato Beef Stew Recipe

  • 3 pounds stew meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 2 cups carrots, diced
  • 3 cups potatoes, chunked
  • 2 onions, diced (medium)
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 cans tomato sauce (8 ounce cans)
  • 1 bay leaf
Brown stew meat with steak seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.

Add all ingredients to a 5 quart slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.

Reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 2 hours.
