Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds Stew Meat
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 2 cups Carrots, diced
  • 3 cups potatoes, chunked
  • 2 onions, diced (medium)
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3 cans tomato sauce (8 ounce cans)
  • 1 bay leaf
Directions
Brown stew meat with some steak seasoning and 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Add all ingredients to a 5 qt. crock pot and cook on high for 3 hours and then low for an additional 2 hours.
