Cookie Salad 28 Recipe

  • 1 box Instant Vanilla Pudding (Large Box)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 package whipped topping (large pkg)
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cans fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1 package fudge stripe shortbread cookies
Whisk buttermilk and pudding together until it thickens a little bit, then fold in whipped topping. Fold in fruits and refrigerate. Break up the cookies and set aside. Just before serving, fold in the broken up pieces of cookies.

Note: If you add cookies in advance, they will soften and change the texture of the salad.
