Fish Chowder 5 Recipe

  • 2 pounds frozen fish
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 6 potatoes, diced (large)
  • 1 pack mushrooms, chopped (small pack)
  • Celery seed
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Seasoned salt
  • Seasoned pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Fill the bottom 1/4 of a large pot with water. Add fish, onions, and celery. Boil for 5-10 minutes. Take fish out, leave the water. Add the half and half, potatoes, mushrooms, and seasonings. Bring to a boil until potatoes are done. Add butter and cooked fish. Add half and half or water until it looks like chowder.
