Ingredients
1 pound hamburger, browned
2 quarts tomato soup
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1 cup water
1 package frozen mixed vegetables (1 lb pkg)
3 potatoes, cubed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup quinoa
3/4 cup Paul Newmans Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Directions
Brown hamburger. In large pot, bring to boil, water, bouillon, vegetables and quinoa. Add the soup, burger, Worcestershire, and salsa. Simmer for 20 minutes and serve.
