Slow Cooker White Bean Chicken Chili Recipe

  • 4 cups Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 Bell Peppers (green, yellow or red), chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cans Chicken or Vegetable Broth (14.5 ounce cans)
  • 1 can White Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can black eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can Navy Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups Frozen Corn
  • 1 can chopped green chilies (4 ounce can)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 3 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker, add more broth if necessary. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
