Chicken Soup 18 Recipe

  • 2 pounds chicken (washed and seasoned)
  • 4 quarts water
  • 2 cans chicken broth (14 ounce cans)
  • 1 package noodles (16 ounce pkg)
  • 1 can carrots or 2 carrot sticks, diced
Boil chicken in water until done. Let chicken cool and then dice or shred it. Add the two cans of chicken broth to the water. Put the chicken back in the broth/water. Add noodles and carrots. Bring everything to a boil, then let simmer until noodles are tender. Season to taste.
