Strawberry Congealed Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 box strawberry jello (6 oz pkg)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 - 10 ounce pkg frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (large can)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pint sour Cream
Directions
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Fold in strawberries and pineapple with juice and nuts. Mix well. Pour half of this mixture into 9x13 dish (sprayed lightly with Pam-this makes it easy to serve) and allow to set. When set, spread this layer with sour cream. Gently add the balance of mixture and allow to set.
