Oyster or Salmon Stew Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts whole milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk (8 ounce can)
  • 1 stick butter
  • Salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 pint oyster or 1 large can salmon
Directions
For Oyster Stew:

Mix milks, butter, salt and pepper in large pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and pour in oysters with juice: simmer for 5 minutes.

For Salmon Stew:

Mix milks, butter, salmon, salt and pepper in large pot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat simmer for 10 minutes.
