Strawberry Spinach Salad 55 Recipe

Ingredients
  • SALAD
  • 2 bags baby spinach cleaned
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 2 tart apples cored, sliced, skins on
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 onion grated
Directions
Make dressing in a blender the day before use. Mix salad ingredients and pour dressing over just before serving.
