Stuffed Pepper Soup 13 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 32 ounces beef broth
  • 1 can tomato sauce (28 ounce can)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (28 ounce can)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups green pepper - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups white or brown rice - cooked but not to soft
Directions
Brown beef, drain. In a pot combine cooked beef, and remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Note: As with all soups, tastes better the next day!!!
