Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 pounds stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1 can baby limas, drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can new potatoes, drained (large can)
  • 1 can Veg-all + 1 small can Veg-all (large can)
  • 2 cans Rotel, original or mild
  • 4 cans tomato sauce (small cans)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
Directions
Brown meat and onions together in a big pot. Drain baby limas, corn, and potatoes. Cut potatoes into quarters. Add rest of ingredients simmer on low for 30 minutes. Soup is on.
