Garden Vegetable Pasta Soup Recipe

  • 3 - 14.5 ounce cans low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 - 15 ounce can garbanzo beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 - 15 ounce can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup loose frozen mixed veggies
  • 3/4 cup garden rotini (uncooked)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can Italian Style Stewed Tomatoes
In large pan stir together broth, beans, veggies, pasta, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and add tomatoes. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
