Tomato Beef Stew Recipe

  • 2 lean stew beef
  • 1 regular stew beef
  • 1 salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 pepper, or to taste
  • 1 garlic powder
  • 2 onions, diced (large)
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, chunked (medium)
  • 1 tomato paste
  • 3/4 sugar
  • 2 peas, drained
Put meat in a heavy pot. Cover with water. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and carrot. Cook for about 45 minutes.

Add the potato, tomato paste and sugar. Cook for another 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

Add peas and heat through.

Serve with hot french bread.
