Easy Oyster Stew 2 Recipe

  • 2 ounces cans oysters, drained
  • 1 pint half n half
  • 1/3 cup butter
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add drained oysters to butter in skillet and cook until oysters are warmed throughout. Stir in half n' half and bring to a light simmer. Reduce heat and continue to cook, stirring occasionally to prevent boiling or scorching the bottom of the pan. Serve hot.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
