Taco Soup 298 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can mild rotel
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can white hominy
  • 1 can MEXICAN CORN
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 onion (small)
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain, then sauté onion with meat. Add remaining ingredients. Can add cheese to the bowl of soup when serving and/or serve with saltine crackers or corn bread. Recipe doubles easily for a crowd. Enjoy!
