Ingredients
  • 1 package cherry Jello (3 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package Cool Whip (12 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding mix (small pkg)
Container:9 x 13 glass baking dish or large glass bowl
Directions
PREP

  • Mix jello according to package directions, put in 9X13 pan and refrigerate until set.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cool whip and mix until blended; spread over jello layer.
  • Mix pudding as directed on the package; spread over cream cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Note: this salad could be made a day ahead.
