French Onion Soup 49 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 onions (sliced very thin)
  • 1/4 pound Butter
  • 1 3/4 quarts water
  • 8 beef buillon cubes
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • French Bread
  • 1 tablespoon Mozerella Cheese
Directions
Brown onions in butter in a skillet then place in a crock pot. Heat water to a boil. Add water and remaining ingredients. Sir and cover for 3-6 hours on high. Pour soup half way into bowls. Add slice of french bread and mozerella cheese on top. Put in microwave for 30-60 seconds to melt cheese.
