Vegetable Salad 19 Recipe

  • 1 can French Style Green Beans
  • 1 can white shoe peg corn
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 jar chopped pimento
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (small)
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Drain canned vegetables and combine with celery, onion, and pepper. Mix sugar, vinegar, and oil in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over vegetable mixture and refrigerate overnight.
