Veggie Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped roast beef "left over"
  • 1 bottle V-8 (Large bottle)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can lima beans (small can)
  • 1 can petite pois (small can)
  • 1 cup frozen black eyed peas
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 - 3 Cups water
  • Seasonings to taste
Directions
Place all in a crock pot and cook on high for about 6 hours.
