Ravioli Soup Recipe

  • 1 package fresh or frozen cheese ravioli or tortellini (9 ounce pkg)
  • 3/4 pound hot Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 can Italian Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 1 can beef broth (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 1 can Italian Green Beans, drained (14 1/2 ounce can)
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, cook sausage in 5-quart pot over medium high heat until no longer pink; drain. Add undrained tomatoes, broth and 1-3/4 cups water; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; stir in pasta, and green beans. Simmer until heated through. Season with pepper and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
