Beef & Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds beef
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
  • 2 bags frozen egg noodles
Directions
Cook roast on low all day with beef broth and 2 additional cans of water in crock pot. When roast is cooked, remove from crock, saving broth. Move broth to sauce pan and cook noodles in broth according to package, do not drain. Meanwhile, cut roast into bite size pieces and add to noodles. Cook until noodles are tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also serve over mashed potatoes.
