Beef & Noodles Recipe

  • 5 pounds beef roast
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
  • 2 packages frozen egg noodles
Cook roast on low all day with beef broth and 2 additional cans of water in slow cooker.

When roast is cooked, remove from slow cooker, saving broth.

Move broth to saucepan and cook noodles in broth according to package, do not drain.

Meanwhile, cut roast into bite size pieces and add to noodles. Cook until noodles are tender.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also serve over mashed potatoes.
