Boiled Pork with Greens (Zaub ntsuab) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pork meat
  • 1 bundle Asian green vegetables
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 15 cups water
Directions
Prepare ingredients and set aside. Chop pork meat and vegetables. Put water into a pot. Bring it to boil. Put meat into pot. Remove access so that soup is clear. When pork meat is cooked, add vegetables. Do not overcook the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
