Potato Salad 81 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 pounds potatoes, boiled
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced (if desired)
  • Dressing
  • 3 cups salad dressing
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Directions
Boil potatoes and cool. Hard boil eggs, cool. Dice potatoes into bowl. Add boiled eggs, diced onion, and celery (if desired). For dressing, Mix together salad dressing, yellow mustard, sugar and vinegar. Add to potatoes and mix together. Chill.
