Vegetable Salad 17 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen, mixed vegetables (large bag)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (Medium can)
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • Dressing
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
Cook vegetables as directed on the package. Drain and cool. Add drained beans, celery, pepper and onion. To make the dressing: Heat sugar, vinegar and mustard until sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or over night. Stays good for several days.
