Marinated Vegetable Salad 19 Recipe

  • 1 can whole kernal corn, drained (17 ounce can)
  • 1 can Green Beans, Drained (16 ounce Can)
  • 1 can green peas, drained (17 ounce can)
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos, drained (2 ounce jar)
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped (medium)
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
Combine all vegetables in a large bowl, toss lightly and cover with lid and refrigerate 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients mixing well, and pour over the vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours, and drain before serving.
