Vegetable Soup 30 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 extra large can Vegal, 102 oz
  • 1 extra large can diced tomatoes, 102 oz
  • 1 package corn, sweet or shoepeg (small package)
  • 1 frozen bag carrots
  • 2 frozen packages onions, chopped
  • 2 frozen packages of green peppers, chopped
  • 4 packages dry onion soup mix
  • 5 pounds ground beef or chunks of stew meat, your choice
  • garlic salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste.
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. (Or cook stew meat.) Combine all ingredients in large soup pot. Cook till vegetables are done. Serve with cornbread or crackers. Yields 2-3 gal.
