Seafood Salad 11 Recipe

  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni, or pasta of your choice
  • 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, broken into bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 package Hidden Valley Original dressing mix
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 cup frozen peas or sugar snap peas, thawed
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain & place in a large bowl. Add crab meat, onion & peas. Set aside. Mix the dressing mix, mayo, sour cream & dill weed. Pour over pasta mixture & mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour prior to serving to allow for flavors to blend.
