Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can sliced carrots
  • 3 - 4 potatoes cubed
  • Water as needed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown ground beef in Dutch oven. Drain off grease. Add all other ingredients draining the carrots. If you want you soup thinner, add water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about an hour.
