Marinated Vegetable Salad 14 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can green peas, drained
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Drain vegetables and pour into large bowl. Add chopped onion, pimentos and bell peppers. In a saucepan, bring sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a boil. Pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Serves about 25.
