Vegetable Cheese Soup 5 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix (16 ounce pkg)
  • 2 cups milk, divided
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 can chicken broth (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
Directions
Prepare vegetables according to package directions; do not drain. Whisk together 2/3 cup milk and flour; mix well. Pour into vegetables; stir in remaining milk and chicken broth. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, until thickened and bubbly; cook one more minute. Reduce heat to low; stir in cheese until melted. Makes 4 servings.
