In a large pot of lightly salted boiling water, cook macaroni until al dente, about 8-10 minutes, and drain pot. Rinse macaroni under cool water.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked macaroni, diced apples, sliced bananas, drained pineapple, dates and miniature marshmallows.
In a separate bowl, combine whipped topping and creamy salad dressing. Mix well and pour over macaroni and fruit. Toss until evenly coated.
Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
