Turkey Vegetable Soup 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped (medium)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Picante V8 juice
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 ounce can)
  • 1 package frozen corn (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 package frozen green beans (or 1 can green beans, drained) (9 ounce pkg)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Brown turkey, onion, and garlic together until done. Drain well. Transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until vegetables are done. Very low fat and very good.
