Ham and Bean Soup 4 Recipe

  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 pounds ham (diced)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
  • 6 peppercorns
  • 1 stick butter (used right before serving)
Combine all ingredients, except butter and cook of stove until done. Remove peppercorns. Add 1 stick of butter (adds so much - don't leave it out) and stir until melted. Serve!
