Pink Jello Salad Recipe

  • 1 package strawberry Jello (small package)
  • 10 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (medium can)
  • 6 ounces cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries
In large bowl, add dry Jello to Cool Whip and fold. Fold in undrained pineapple. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving and enjoy!
