Cabbage Beef Soup Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground chuck
  • 1 onion (chopped) (large)
  • 2 bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
  • 2 quarts tomatoes (either chopped or blended)
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can beef consume (Campbells)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground chuck and drain. Then mix all ingredients in a large soup pot and cook on lower heat for 35 to 40 minutes.
