Overnight Vegetable Salad Recipe

  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 can Green Beans (drained) (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can Green Peas (drained) (15 ounce can)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (drained) (15 ounce can)
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 4 ounces Chopped Pimentos
Place all vegetables together in large bowl, Mix vinegar, oil, and sugar together until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
