Marinated Vegetable Salad 11 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white corn (Shoepeg)
  • 1 cup tiny green peas
  • 1 cup French green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup diced Celery
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 diced green pepper
  • 1 jar pimentos, chopped (small jar)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Drain vegetables and combine first 6 ingredients.

Combine sugar, vinegar, water, oil, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Coo and pour over vegetables. This will keep for about 2 weeks in frig.
