Hamburger Macaroni Soup Recipe

  • 2 uncooked macaroni
  • 1 hamburger
  • 2 beef broth
  • 1 V8 or tomato juice (11.5 ounce can)
  • 1 diced tomatoes,optional
  • 1 beef soup base
  • 3 water
Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Brown the hamburger, season to taste (I use salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, but you can use whatever you like). Heat all the liquids and the soup base in a large pan. When boiling add macaroni, hamburger and tomatoes. Add macaroni last so it does not get overcooked.

Soup suppers-triple batch and add 2 extra cups of water.
