The night before, boil the chicken breast and pull it. In the morning, pour the chicken broth in the crock pot. Add the garlic garlic, garlic salt, pepper and chicken. Put on low. When you get home make the homemade noodles (recipe below).
Mix the eggs, flour, and milk. Knead in flour if needed. Roll out onto floured board. Roll the dough thin. Cut into small slices with pizza cutter. Let air dry for about 15 minutes.
If using homemade noodles. Move the chicken soup to a stock pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the egg noodles a little at a time, stirring to prevent sticking. Once all of the noodles are in, add the mixed vegetables. Cook until noodles are done.
If using purchased noodles, turn the crock pot onto high and wait for the broth to begin to boil. Add the noodles, stirring to help prevent sticking. Add vegetables, cook until noodles are done.
