Cranberry Mold 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 navel oranges, peeled and cut up (medium)
  • 1 pound coarsely ground cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 ounces strawberry jello
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (small can)
Directions
Sprinkle sugar over oranges and cranberries; let stand for 2 hours. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Let cool. Combine these ingredients. Add pecans and pineapple. Mix well. Pour into mold and chill. This makes enough for an extra dish besides your mold.
