Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 4 or 5 medium Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 quart home canned tomatoes
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Peel potatoes and dice; peel onion and dice. Cook potatoes, onion, butter and salt, covered with water, until tender. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain. Then add 1 level tablespoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and mix well. Put all ingredients into large pot and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
