Golden Cream Soup 3 Recipe

  • 2 bags California blend vegetables (large bags)
  • 4 peeled/cubed potatoes
  • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 water
  • 1 Salt
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 6 flour
  • 4 milk
  • 2 parsley flakes
Combine first 4 ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender. Add seasonings. Combine flour and milk (small wire whisk works well) and add to vegetables. Cook on low heat until thickened. Stirring frequently. Add 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 stick margarine. Heat to serving temperature and serve.
