Ingredients
1 can French cut green beans
1 can Lesueur peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 jar pimiento (small jar)
1 cup diced Celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup diced green pepper
Dressing
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Drain beans, corn, peas, and pimiento. Add celery, onion, and green pepper. For dressing, bring all ingredients to a boil. Cool and pour over vegetables. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Keeps 1 month or more.
